Mapefloor I 302 SL

Mapecoat I 62 W is suitable as a universal, water-based epoxy paint on:
- floors in warehouses, garages, technical rooms, outbuildings, basements and hospitals.
- walls and ceilings in operating buildings, industrial premises and in laundry halls.
- floors and walls in cleaning rooms.
- old epoxy floors that need to be refreshed.
Mapecoat I 62 W is a durable epoxy paint for use on floors, walls, ceilings, etc.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Mapecoat I 62 W is easy to apply to floors and walls. Mapecoat I 62 W has good impact resistance and chemical resistance, and is easy to keep clean.
Mapecoat I 62 W is solvent-free and is a low-emission product, classified according to M1.
Mapecoat I 62 W is delivered colored according to the current color card, and in other RAL / NCS colors on request.

Two-component injection epoxy
FIELD OF APPLICATION
- monolithic gluing of cracks and crevices due to overload, unintended effects, shrinkage, etc.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Mapepoxy BI is a two-component solvent-free epoxy. Component A (base) and component B (hardener) must be mixed before the product can be used.
Mapepoxy BI has a special formulation, which contributes to high capillary activity, and adheres perfectly to concrete and steel.
Mapepoxy BI does not contain benzyl alcohol or other plasticizers that can migrate from the product after curing under normal conditions. The product will remain unchanged throughout the life of the construction.
Mapepoxy BI has a very high mechanical strength and also adheres well to concrete in humid conditions.
Mapepoxy BI polymerizes without shrinkage and is waterproof after curing.
Mapepoxy BI has been assessed by the health authorities for use in contact with drinking water.
Mapepoxy BI complies with the principles described in EN 1504-9 standard “Products and systems for repairing concrete structures. Definitions, requirements, quality control and evaluation of compliance. General rules for use of products and systems ”and the requirements described in EN 1504-5“ Concrete injection ”.

Mapecoat I complies with the principles described in NS-EN 1504-9 “Products and systems for repairing concrete structures: Definitions, requirements, quality control and evaluation. General rules for the use of products and systems ”, as well as the requirements, described in NS-EN 1504-2 “Surface treatment systems” for the class: Surface protection products – coating (C) – PI, MC, PR and IR. Mapecoat I complies with NS-EN 13813.
Mapeprimer M
Two-component epoxy primer, intended for substrates such as concrete with moisture in the surface
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Mapeprimer M can be used as a primer for both epoxy and polyurethane coatings in connection with floors and wall surfaces, for use on balconies and warehouses, in industry and the food industry etc.
Mapeprimer M is usually applied to concrete and other cement-based substrates.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Mapeprimer M can be used where the concrete surface is dry or damp, and provides excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings or top coats.
Mapeprimer M is a low-emission product that meets the requirements of the M1 classification.
Mapeprimer M has been tested for use on wet concrete according to EN 13578 – Compatibility on wet concrete.
Mapeprimer M complies with the principles described in EN 1504-9 (“Products and systems for repairing concrete structures: Definitions, requirements, quality control and evaluation ”. General rules for the use of products and systems ”), as well as the requirements, described in EN 1504-2 (“ Surface treatment systems ”) for the principles: Products for protection of surfaces – Coating (C) – PI, PR and CR.
Mapeprimer M complies with EN 13813.
Mapecoat Universal
Two-component solvent-free transparent epoxy
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Mapecoat Universal is used as a transparent epoxy binder in connection with:
- dust binding
- priming
- compact floors
- decorative coating
- stone carpeting.
Mapecoat Universal is also used for fiberglass lamination, mixed with graded quartz sand for epoxy mortar or mixed with Sylotix 53 for epoxy putty.
Mapecoat Universal is usually used on concrete and other cement-based substrates.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Mapecoat Universal is a durable epoxy for use on floors, walls, roofs etc.
Mapecoat Universal has good chemical resistance, and provides a hard and smooth surface that is easy to keep clean.
Mapecoat Universal has minimal yellowing compared to other epoxy binders.
Mapecoat Universal is in accordance with the principles described in EN 1504-9 “Products and systems for repairing concrete structures; Definitions, requirements, quality control and conformity assessment. General rules for use of products and systems ”, and the requirements described in en 1504-2 “Surface treatment systems” for the principles: Surface protection products – Coating (C) – PI, IR, PR and MC.
Purgel
One-component, easy-flowing, polyurethane-based injection material, intended for waterproofing concrete and rock where water leaks occur.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
- Waterproofing of concrete structures or masonry with cracks and fissures, where there are persistent water leaks with and without water pressure.
- Waterproofing of stones and rocks, which are exposed to water leaks
Usage examples:
- Injection and waterproofing using injection hoses
- Waterproofing of wells and water and sewerage systems where there is leaking water in joints or cracks
- Repair of cracks in ponds, canals and piping with water pressure
- Waterproofing of tunnels, where water leaks in through cavities, cracks or leaky joints between construction parts.
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Purgel is a one-component polyurethane injection compound which is based on a unique blend of isocyanates, polymers and additives. Purgel reacts with water to form a waterproof, stable and semi-hard foam. Purgel also cures without contact with water and then forms a flexible injection material. Purgel can be accelerated in the workplace by adding up to 4% Resfom 1KM AKS.
